By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Self-Custody
Universe Wallet is a non-custodial wallet. You are solely responsible for:
- Safeguarding your seed phrase
- All transactions made from your wallet
- Compliance with local laws regarding cryptocurrency
Universe Labs Ltd does not have access to your funds and cannot recover lost seed phrases.
3. No Financial Advice
Nothing in Universe Wallet or on this website constitutes financial advice. Cryptocurrency is volatile. Only invest what you can afford to lose.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use our services for:
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Any illegal activity
- Circumventing sanctions or export controls
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Universe Labs Ltd is not liable for any loss of funds, whether through user error, software bugs, or third-party service failures.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom.
